Terms of Service

1. The Service
ViralDen AI is an AI-assisted content generation studio provided by KynoraAI. You bring your own AI provider API key (Anthropic and/or OpenAI); the Service composes prompts and formats the outputs.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Lifetime license — $399 one-time
A successful $399 payment grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Service for as long as KynoraAI continues to operate it. "Lifetime" refers to the product's operating lifetime, not a guarantee of perpetual operation.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund from the date of purchase. Email support@kynora.ai from your account address to request a refund. Refunded accounts lose access to the Service.
5. Chargebacks & fraud
Chargebacks or reversed payments immediately revoke access. Fraudulent payment or account abuse may result in permanent termination without refund.
6. Your content
You own everything you input and everything the model returns to you. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for complying with the platform policies of any network you post to.
7. Third-party AI providers
Real generation calls travel from your browser directly to Anthropic or OpenAI using your own API key. Their terms and rate limits apply. KynoraAI is not responsible for outages, price changes, or content decisions made by those providers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or share your account.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate — you are the editor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KynoraAI's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted to this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
