1. The Service
ViralDen AI is an AI-assisted content strategy and generation platform for authenticated paid users, provided by KynoraAI. Generation runs on our backend and is included with your license.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Licenses. Annual and ViralDen.AI Founder Lifetime
ViralDen.AI is offered under two license types. An Annual license grants access to the Service for one year from the date of purchase and renews only if you choose to renew. A ViralDen.AI Founder Lifetime license is strictly limited to twenty (20) total accounts and grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for as long as KynoraAI continues to operate it. "Lifetime" refers to the product's operating lifetime, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. All prices are shown in United States dollars on the pricing page.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of ViralDen.AI, all sales are final for both Annual and ViralDen.AI Founder Lifetime purchases. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and once access has been provided, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. By purchasing, you acknowledge that ViralDen.AI is a digital content strategy and generation platform and that results are not guaranteed. Questions: support@kynoraai.com.
5. Chargebacks & fraud
Chargebacks or reversed payments immediately revoke access. Fraudulent payment or account abuse may result in permanent termination without refund.
6. Your content
You own everything you input and everything the model returns to you. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for complying with the platform policies of any network you post to.
7. Third-party AI providers
Generation calls are proxied through our backend to third-party AI providers. Their terms and rate limits apply. KynoraAI is not responsible for outages, price changes, or content decisions made by those providers.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or share your account.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are the editor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KynoraAI's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted to this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
