Our privacy commitment

ViralDen.AI respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or market your personal information to affiliates, advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Information you provide may be used to create your account, process payments, deliver access to the platform, improve the user experience, and provide customer support. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. ViralDen.AI does not store full payment card details.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and hashed password managed by our authentication provider.
• Purchase data: your Stripe customer id, payment intent id, and lifetime entitlement status. We never receive or store your card details.
• Content library: the briefs and generated outputs you explicitly save to your library.
• Operational logs: standard request logs used to diagnose errors.

Where your generation requests go

Generation runs on our secure backend using an AI gateway we operate. Your brief is sent from your browser to our server, which forwards it to the underlying model provider and returns the deliverables. We do not sell your prompts or outputs, and we do not train models on your content.

Retention & deletion

You can delete individual library items in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and associated data, email support@kynoraai.com from your account address.

Cookies

We use first-party storage strictly required to keep you signed in and to remember your provider preferences. No advertising trackers.
