Who we are

ViralDen AI ("the Service") is operated by KynoraAI. Reach us at support@kynora.ai.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and hashed password managed by our authentication provider.
• Purchase data: your Stripe customer id, payment intent id, and lifetime entitlement status. We never receive or store your card details.
• Content library: the briefs and generated outputs you explicitly save to your library.
• Operational logs: standard request logs used to diagnose errors.

What we do NOT collect

• Your AI provider API keys. Anthropic and OpenAI keys you paste into the app are stored only in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers.
• Payment card numbers, CVCs, or bank credentials — those live entirely with Stripe.

Where your generation requests go

When you press Generate with a real provider, the request goes from your browser directly to Anthropic or OpenAI using the key stored on your device. Their privacy and data-retention terms apply. DEMO mode makes no external request.

Subprocessors

• Supabase (auth, database) — hosted on our behalf via Lovable Cloud.
• Stripe (payments).
• Lovable (hosting & serverless runtime).

Retention & deletion

You can delete individual library items in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and associated data, email support@kynora.ai from your account address.

Cookies

We use first-party storage strictly required to keep you signed in and to remember your provider preferences. No advertising trackers.
